(CNN) -- The Obama administration has sent a fourth bill for $99.7 million to BP and other responsible parties relating to the energy company's oil spill, according to a statement from the Deepwater Horizon Incident Joint Information Center.

The government said BP is financially responsible for all costs associated with the response to the spill, including efforts to stop the leak at its source, reduce the spread of oil, protect the shoreline and mitigate damages, as well as long-term recovery efforts for individuals and communities.

The government bills BP and other parties regularly for costs incurred by the federal on-scene coordinator to support federal, state and local response efforts and ensure the Oil Spill Liability Trust Fund is reimbursed on an ongoing basis.

This is the fourth bill the administration has sent to date. BP and other responsible parties have paid the first three bills, totaling $122.3 million, according to the statement.

The money received from BP will help to replenish the $1.5 billion Oil Liability Trust Fund that covers damage costs associated with oil spills, according to the statement.

Christina Milian and The-Dream are headed for a divorce and have confirmed their split after racy photos surfaced of The-Dream and his assistant Melissa Santiago frolicking in the Caribbean. "Terius 'The-Dream' Nash is saddened to announce that his marriage to Christina Milian was unsuccessful. The couple reached this decision in late 2009, but decided to keep the news private in efforts to protect their baby daughter Violet. They ask for consideration and respect for their family moving forward," his rep tells Us Weekly.

NBA superstar Carmelo Anthony and former MTV VJ LaLa Vasquez got married in New York City on Saturday night with a host of A-listers looking on.

The Associated Press reports that around 300 guests — including Spike Lee, Kim Kardashian and fellow baller LeBron James — watched the couple swap vows at Manhattan's Cipriani restaurant. The duo's 3-year-old son, Kiyan, escorted them down the aisle.

According to People magazine, the bride wore a Vera Wang gown, and the wedding was officiated by Georgetown professor Dr. Michael Eric Dyson. DJ Clue spun at the wedding, which was filmed as part of an upcoming VH1 reality show, according to UsMagazine.com. Vasquez and Anthony got engaged in 2004.

Vasquez and her pals also tweeted about the wedding festivities over the weekend. On Saturday, Ciara sent out a twit pic of the star with the bride, Kim Kardashian, Trina and Angie Martinez lounging on a boat. After the ceremony, Miami MC Trina tweeted, "Best night of my life @LalaVazquez and Melo wedding!! :)."

Vasquez apparently had a great time as well, as Clue tweeted to the newlywed, "u're the 1st person I ever seen trying to jump off the stage into the crowd in a wedding dress! Welcome2 #TeamWasted." The next day, Vasquez shouted out Clue for keeping the energy up: "I love @THEREALDJCLUE he had it ROCKIN last night! UNBELIEVABLE."

Emily Blunt and John Krasinski, one of MTV News' favorite pairs of 2009, made their cute-coupledom official on Saturday and got married in Italy, People.com confirms.

The pair wed at the Villa D'este in Como, Italy, according to UsMagazine.com. They had been staying at George Clooney's villa near Lake Como since Independence Day weekend. Clooney and girlfriend Elisabetta Canalis attended the private ceremony.

Blunt wore a cream, chiffon, sweetheart-draped Marchesa gown with embroidered detail. "It was an outdoor ceremony and absolutely beautiful," a source told UsMagazine.com. "It was an official ceremony. They are husband and wife."

The pair met in 2008 and got engaged in August 2009 to much fanfare, as Blunt joked to MTV News last year. Krasinski reportedly popped the question with a 3-carat Edwardian diamond and platinum ring from Neil Lane worth upwards of $100,000.

"She's a wonderful girl," Krasinski has said the "Devil Wears Prada" star. "So many people say, 'You know when you know,' and it's true. It's all true."

Last December, while promoting "It's Complicated," Krasinski joked that his TV wedding on "The Office" was a "dry run" for the real thing.
